Hong Kong listed company Sounding Group strategically acquires the Web3 social application LOOP Space
According to Techub News, the Web3 social application LOOP Space has been strategically acquired by Hong Kong-listed company Soundwill Holding Group Limited (8163.HK), becoming its wholly-owned subsidiary. LOOP Space stated that both parties will engage in deep collaboration around technology research and development, compliance frameworks, and global market expansion, promoting the scaling and commercialization of the Web3 social ecosystem.
LOOP Space stated that in future development, on one hand, it will collaborate with leading companies in the industry to promote the iteration of Web3 social and the landing of innovative scenarios; on the other hand, it will continue to expand the ecological boundaries, linking popular sectors such as infrastructure, industry media, exchanges, SocialFi, GiftFi, GameFi, and NFTs, to connect the entire chain of user social, asset circulation, and scenario application, achieving a leap upgrade from a single social platform to a Web3 ecological hub.
