ENS Labs has chosen Linea's technology to build its L2 network Namechain.
PANews December 17th news, according to CoinDesk, ENS Labs, the company behind the ETH domain name service, announced on Tuesday that it has chosen Linea's technology to build its upcoming Layer2 network Namechain. Linea is a zero-knowledge rollup technology launched by the Ethereum infrastructure giant Consensys in July 2023. ENS Labs stated that there are two reasons for choosing Linea to build its network: one is value alignment, and the other is related to speed. ENS will be one of the first major projects to build Layer2 blockchain based on Linea technology.
