On February 4th, according to sources from within the Ukrainian General Staff, Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander Serlsky issued an order on January 11, 2025 to transfer approximately 50,000 soldiers from various branches to the army in order to initiate a rotation mechanism and replenish frontline combat forces. It is reported that this is the first large-scale rotation of the Ukrainian military in three years, aimed at enhancing the combat effectiveness of frontline forces and ensuring adequate rest for combat personnel. Earlier reports stated that from the end of 2024 to the beginning of 2025, bearish traders in Ukraine had already transferred over 5,000 officers and soldiers to the army, mainly ground personnel.
