Early in the morning, the main chart gradually descended from the maximum of 97440, first testing down to 95854 before a pin-shaped rebound to the line of 96805. Then, it made a second test down to the minimum of 95737, quickly rising due to news stimulus to consolidate around the maximum of 97348, and is currently hovering around the 97000 mark. It will be verified over time whether the method is correct; Is the strategy proposed early in the morning, first short and then long, simply an easy way to make profits?
From the current technical structure, although the overall trend remains bullish, neither the long nor short forces are strong in the short term. The overnight pullback did not result in a vigorous bearish breakout. From the daily line perspective, the space and form of the rebound are insufficient for a significant breakout. The midpoint of the trajectory provides some support, while the upper resistance is also obvious, and the volatility space is limited. If there are no major news events in the short term, the market will enter a rhythm of oscillation within a range. Since the price of the currency has returned to the upper range, the short-term strategy in the morning could be to first attempt a short position to see if it pulls back. If it touches the support and stops, open a long position. Before breaking the previous high, consider a range selling high and buying low.
