According to Techub News and a report by Lianhe Zaobao, a recent survey by the crypto assets exchange Independent Reserve shows that the awareness of crypto assets among Singaporeans has risen to 94%, a record high, but the actual holding rate has dropped from 40% last year to 29%. The survey shows that Bitcoin remains the most popular crypto asset, with 68% of crypto assets investors holding Bitcoin, and 86% believing it has currency attributes or investment value.

Additionally, 53% of Crypto Assets holders plan to increase their holdings in the next year, and 17% of non-holders expressed interest in entering the market. In terms of investment methods, 61% of investors prefer to hold Crypto Assets directly rather than investing through exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The usage rate of stablecoins continues to rise, with 46% of investors having held such assets, among which USD stablecoins are the most popular, accounting for 83%.
