Just like the old man, holding a high salary but having low efficiency and being stubborn, refusing to listen to suggestions. From the CEO to operations, they have to be coddled and coaxed. I've really never seen a Dev in another team be so domineering. The funny thing is, this time it backfired directly.



Switch to a Chinese developer, they are easy to use, obedient, and reliable. There's a reason why Chinese developers dominate the CEX space.
