If you are trying to test out Rezor on testnet and attempting to use the Faucet feature to claim 200 RZR, it won't work because there is not enough RZR in the wallet that distributes the RZR.

It's not broken or an issue. The team needs to add more to the balance so that people can continue claiming and testing.
