Ether was unable to hold above $3,700 amid the ongoing market correction. Ether, the second largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, has lost 2% of its value in the last 24 hours. The negative trend is observed as Ether failed to overcome resistance at $3,730 and briefly fell below $3,600. At the time of writing, Ether is trading at $3,620 and may fall below if market conditions remain bearish. Bearish dynamics are also observed despite ETFs on Ether seeing inflows of $73.22 million on Tuesday, likely driven by the SEC's recommendations that staking activities are not securities offerings. Nate Geraty, president of NovaDius Wealth Management, explained that management has overcome the last barrier preventing the market regulator from approving spot Ether ETFs with staking.
