Ethereum co-founder and Consensys CEO Joe Lubin stated that Ethereum is the natural evolutionary form of internet protocols and is a core component of the Web3 decentralized network. He defines Ethereum as a new type of "trustware" and views trust as a virtual commodity, while Ether (ETH) is the world's highest "octane" trust commodity.

Lubin talks about the "Flippening" — the market capitalization of ETH surpassing that of Bitcoin (BTC).
