According to BlockBeats news on May 21, Voya Games, a Web3 game developer, has completed a $5 million funding round, led by 1kx and Makers Fund, with participation from RockawayX. Angel investors include Jeff Jihoz Zirlin, co-founder of Sky Mavis, and Sébastien Borget, COO of The Sandbox. The funding will be used to support the development of the casual Web3 game Craft World. Craft World is a casual resource management game where players will collaborate with friendly dinosaurs to rebuild civilization after a meteorite destroys humanity.
