RISE Chain, a low-latency Layer 2 blockchain, announced the closing of a new $4 million funding round with participation from Galaxy Ventures, the venture capital arm of Galaxy Digital, for a total funding of $8 million, which will be used to drive the launch of its mainnet to build a high-throughput, low-latency blockchain. （CoinDesk）
